My client is an award winning London based Energy Consulting Company with over 20 years of experience with four international offices in Europe and the US.
Due to growth within their sector and business, they are looking to increase their staff levels within the UK and Europe and as a result of this are looking for Servicing Account Manager for Major Business to maintain an excellent commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site clients.
Maintain and sustain relationships with small to medium size businesses while developing new clients
through existing company leads. The role will include making a hundred calls a day on average to
identifying sales opportunities, initiating sales strategies, and exploring new enquiries while
maintaining and expanding market knowledge. It is important to be able to identify and close
deals by understanding business objectives and the decision-making process.
Skills and Experience
Minimum one year working within in a business-to-business sales environment - essential
Proven record of successfully meeting sales quotas over outbound calling - essential
Adept at identifying, winning, and retaining customers - essential
Effective communication skills, including active listening, objection handling, and closing - essential
Strong organisational skills - essential
Computer literacy - essential
Experience in customer service - desirable
Experience working in energy industry - desirable
Eye for detail
