IT Service Desk Analyst - Law Firm
Law firm have an outstanding career opening for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the IT Team and be responsible for user support via phone, remotely and by Desk side visits. You'll maintain records with the call logging software and ensure actions are taken to ensure incidents are managed in a professional and timely manner.
Previous experience of working in a law firm and with Legal applications is advantageous, for this 1st/2nd line role.
You'll also be responsible for
Microsoft Windows Support
Microsoft Office suite support
Setting up users and access rights
Assisting in roll-out of new systems to users
The set up PCs and workstations to access network, servers and required software in accordance with agreed guidelines
Providing user training in the use of IT facilities as required
Reporting server and network faults
Basic user and Security Group AD administration
