This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity based near Lambeth North, Mon to Fri at 9:00am - 5:30pm. Permanent salary at £30,532

You will be working for a registered member`s charity that support the education sector and are looking for a Member Engagement and CRM Officer to join their team!

With 70% of the role being able to provide technical support on their CRM system, MS Dynamics, you will need to have a background and experience with CRM system(s), IT and data management skills as well as experience developing and training others on CRM systems. The other 30% will be carrying out administrative duties.

The role will include the following duties;
" Responsible for maintaining and developing the CRM system MS dynamics
" Develop and implement processes to effectively support the delivery of their benefits and services
" Troubleshoot internal CRM queries
" Manage issues in liaison with external CRM support providers and developers
" Manage all marketing lists and member preferences
" Produce engagement and retention reports
" Analyse trends
" Support the delivery of excellent member experience
" Implementing CRM process for members to a high standard
" Process new memberships
" Actively promoting membership via phone, email or at events
" Contribute to the delivery of the engagement and retention strategy

Therefore you will need to have;
" Excellent and thorough experience using CRM systems; ideally MS Dynamics
" Experience in using, developing as well as training others on CRM
" Experience of integrating software platforms
" Knowledge of SQL
" Strong ability to troubleshoot problems or issues with CRM systems
" Ability to collate, monitor and analyse data
" Excellent understanding of online communications including email marketing and audience segmentation
" Actively finding ways to streamline and improve process to enhance the member experience
" High level administrative and organisational skills
" Ability to prioritise
