Sewell Wallis are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a brilliant business in the centre of Barnsley. The Finance team use Sage Accounting Software alongside MS Excel and require experience of using both of these extensively from the new team member. This is a very stable and secure business which has seen a period of growth over the past year.

Duties:
- Reporting to the Finance Manager within a team of 4.
- Managing an allocated section of the ledger.
- Resolving payment and invoice queries.
- Coding and filing invoices onto Sage.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Working with Excel spreadsheets (specifically V Lookups).

Person:
- 3 years experience in a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable role.
- Reliable and willing to take on more than what is in the JD.
- Experience using Sage and Excel is essential.

Hours: Full time
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
