Our prestigious Reading client is recruiting for an Internal Sales Account manager.

The role

Our client requires an exceptional sales person who has a history of sales success and a high level of commercial awareness. As well as being a strong team player they need to be self-sufficient in terms of working their account base to maximise revenue opportunities through building the value of every lead, up selling and cross selling through a consultative sales approach. It requires a person of high energy, professionalism and motivation who has a track record in developing relationships over the telephone and over achieving against targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve a sales target quarterly and annually, approximately £700k pa
* Ensure targets are exceeded through proactive contact, cross selling and up selling
* Report key sales metrics including weekly forecast, pipeline activity and key deals
* Proactive contribution & feedback to improve the success of campaigns.
