I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client based in Meriden for a Cash Allocation Clerk to work on a full time, permanent basis.

The cash allocation clerk will be responsible for:
Allocation of incoming cash
Checking invoices
Highlight unusual debtor or client risks
Establish and maintain client relationships
Processing correspondence from clients and raising dispute notes
Liaising with third parties on escalated aged invoices
Maintaining client ledgers
Postal duties including sending cheques
Record daily banking figures

The ideal candidate will have previous cash allocation experience and be confident dealing with clients and internal departments. Strong IT and communication skills are essential as is the ability to organise and manage own work load.
The working hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 09.00-17.30 and Friday 09.00- 17.00. This is a full time permanent position based in Meriden. Candidates will need to have their own transport for the role due to location.
