We are recruiting an Events Co-Ordinator for our client in the St Andrews area. The successful candidate will be required to learn about the business and be able to be able to provide accurate advice and process all customer enquiries accurately. Compile and send out proposals to clients and send out contracts and invoices in a timely manner. Accurately input of all reservations in relation to events and handling deposits and final payments for all events. Providing internal departments with accurate information and taking care of client’s individual requirements. Assist with planning and ensure plans are complete prior to events along with all other relevant duties in relation to this post

Essential Skills required to apply:
•Good IT skills
•Good organisation skills
•Able to work using own initiative as well as a part of a team
•Good communication skills
•Good telephone manner is essential
•Punctual with good time management skills

Although not essential, previous experience of working in an events department within the hotel and wedding industry would be of an advantage to your application.

This is a full time permanent role with our client. Full training will be given.
