Extranet & Workflow Analyst - Central London - up to £60k

This is a great opportunity work join a reputable legal firm that has almost doubled in size over the last 6 years, with rapid grown plans over the coming years.

Working within IT and will support daily running of extranets, working closely with the business Stake holders and IT team to produce new extranet sites and improve efficiencies using internal solutions

As the Extranet & Workflow Analyst you will be working with a well-established IT Team of circa 20 in the team. You will have the following experience and this role will include a range of projects and tasks, Negotiate with, stakeholders throughout the business to ensure support for the workflow management process, Maximize resource efficiency through optimization to ensure the most consistent service to customers, Serve as the liaison and key point of contact between the IT Team and Business Stake holders, site and page owners, content managers and content contributors for assigned web sites to support them in site management, and other related portal issues, Coordinate and participate in projects, and provides extensive, ongoing support and guidance to site owners, content managers and content contributors. Keep manager informed of status of projects throughout lifecycle. Extraction of relevant data from legacy systems, upload/input to the new system data

Highly computer literate with good MS Office skills, Using SharePoint 2010, 2013 and SP Online, Using HighQ Collaboration software, Working with internal clients to scope site requirements, Working in a law firm or other professional services environment, Willing to learn new technologies e.g. K2 Black Pearl, Understanding of SQL, BI, XML, Web-Forms advantageous, Velocity JavaScript, Visual Studio 2013/16.
