A Business Development Manager is needed to lead sales for a very successful marketing agency in Berkshire.

The experience we need.

- Demonstrable success selling marketing solutions for a marketing agency or selling marketing technology such as CMS systems on behalf of a technology company.
- Experience identifying senior decision makers at blue chip companies and holding high level conversations to identify opportunities.
- Proven telesales experience.
- Experience exceeding commercial targets and objectives while working to tight deadlines and multi-tasking.
- Experience growing a sales pipeline through lead generation.

The role.

You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director and will work to grow the agency's revenue by sourcing new clients and booking meetings for the business development team to pitch to clients.  This isn't a face-to-face sales role.  It's a very autonomous, high-level consultative telemarketing role sourcing sales opportunities and booking meetings for the agency to pitch for new business.  To be successful as the Business Development Manager, you will need to be experienced selling complex propositions and be comfortable and confident talking to people at a senior level.

This is an integrated marketing agency who work for global brands delivering a broad range of marketing campaigns including websites, emails, apps, social media, etc etc. 

What you`ll get in return.

As Business Development Manager, you will earn a competitive basic salary between £25-35k dependant on experience, as well as commission which will amount to c£5k per annum.
