Knight Knox has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the based in Manchester. You will be on a full time permanent basis with a salary of + basic salary of £18,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000 with uncapped commission.

Knight Knox is an established property consultancy with a particular focus on city centre residential property markets. Our approach is unique in that we specialise in many different parts of property development and investment, all of which are vital services for the benefit of individual private clients and small companies within the UK's private rented sector.

We are looking to recruit a charismatic, determined, and motivated Business Development Manager to work with our current sales team. The role is offering our exclusive city centre developments to agents for their investors.

Your responsibilities as our Business Development Manager

You will have to offer full support liaising with agents marketing our properties and ensuring that they doing everything they can to achieve sales. The role will be the buffer between our developers and the agents. You will report to our Commercial Director and must be looking to forge a serious career in property sales with high earnings.

Experience & Skills Required to become our Business Development Manager

- Knowledge of residential property investment markets, buy to let in city centres is preferred.

- Sales experience or customer service is necessary, ideally this will have been in property or travel, but a proven sales record in any sales industry will be looked upon favourably.

- Excellent communication skills are a must and you will need to be computer literate and most importantly you will be excellent at telephone sales and face to face meetings.

- You will need to be able to attract new agents to work with us and be able to sell the concept of our company and the property investments we market.

- A flexible approach to working hours is a must and some travel will be necessary to attend exhibitions and to attend face to face meetings and training sessions with agents.
