Account Manager - Professional IT Solutions Provider

Account Manager - The Role:

  • Working with an existing, spending, account base
  • Managing the on-going client relationships
  • Customer Account Management of existing clients
  • Articulate solutions to clients and look for cross sell opportunities within customer base
  • Liaising with clients and sales team on queries
  • Working effectively with the wider team and engage as necessary
  • Regular feedback on changing client requirements to ensure we remain relevant
  • Articulate the message of the businesses services and sell the brand

Account Manager - Required Competencies:

  • You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a very high level of computer literacy & accuracy
  • You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience and success selling to the end user
  • History of success and a record of being a performer within a team
  • Proven track record of consultative selling within the IT Sales industry
  • Must be results-driven and capable of delivering consistent new business and able to grow existing business
  • Demonstrate effective selling and presentation techniques to influence the customer
