International Law firm have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to be part of a team providing an exceptional customer experience and a professional and high quality services to the firm's internal users.
You'll provide first line IT service desk support, ensuring each call is dealt with promptly efficiently and professionally.
You'll also provide desk-side support and advice to the firm's partners and staff.
Some of the firm's current applications include
Microsoft Office suite (2007/2016) - Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Outlook
Document management system
Time recording system
Remote Access (VPN, RSA,CITRIX,Blackberry)
