Our client continues to experience significant growth and is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance department.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager your role will focus on the purchase ledger function with key duties including:
- Invoice processing
- Responding to and resolving supplier queries
- Payment run preparation
- Setting up vendor payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end processes
- Maintenance of purchase ledger filing
- Spreadsheet maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had recent purchase ledger experience, combined with a proactive approach to learning new systems. An ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines will be essential. A strong team work ethic will be key.
