Business Development Manager

Field based - covering the South East Region

£30,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £70k.

The role of the Business Development Manager is to identify selling opportunities within our existing client base within the SME arena through face-face meetings. A large proportion of our existing client base only take advantage of one of our services, the opportunity exists for a person to join our well established Sales Team in the position of Business Development Manager, directly targeting our large base of retained clients within a specific geographical area.

Main Accountabilities

  • Contact existing clients and conduct prospect meetings with intent to upsell the additional services.
  • Self-generation of opportunities through our extensive client base.
  • Achieving set sales targets & objectives.
  • Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Achieving the income and business objectives in a fully compliant manner.

Person Specification

  • An experienced salesperson with a proven track record in quality sales.
  • A target driven individual who thrives on success
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Outstandingly professional at all times.
  • Extensive social / business networks
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Good PC skills
