Key Account Manager – HR/Recruitment Software
40-45k Base, 60-65k OTE + Benefits
Our client is a leading global supplier of Recruitment Management Software Solutions. Through offering a highly functional and bespoke applicant tracking, talent management and workflow solution, our client is recognised globally for their multi discipline software that can be scaled form start-up though to large multinational users. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing accounts, they now have an exciting opening for a Key Account Manager to work from a Brentwood, Essex office.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a growing portfolio of existing accounts from implementation through to account renewal
- Up-sell / cross-sell our client’s full portfolio of solutions
- Develop and deliver account plans focused on growth, ROI and retention
- Work in both an internal and client facing capacity
The ideal sales candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level
- Possess a minimum of 4+ years sales / account management experience gained selling technology / software solutions
- Be consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills

The successful sales candidate can expect a base salary of 40-45k with an uncapped OTE of 60-65k plus additional and generous benefits.
