M&E Project Manager - Oxford, Oxfordshire - £45,000-£55,000

Responsibilities of the successful M&E Project Manager includes:

* Liaising with the design team
* Assisting specialist subcontractors to coordinate the design of the building services
* Oversee site delivery in accordance with the specification and current building regulations
* Good knowledge of both mechanical and electrical design and sound understanding Construction
* Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
* Ensuring a quality project and finish
* Ensuring the project is run on time and on budget

Requirements of the successful M&E Project Manager includes:

* HND/HNC/Degree in Building Services Engineering/Construction
* CSCS Card
