Client Services Assistant, Bracknell

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

Our client based in Bracknell are looking for an Assistant to join their Service Delivery Team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and providing first class client service to customers/visitors. You will need to be immaculately presented with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities Include:

* Answering all internal and external calls

* Meeting and greeting customers, offering beverages
* Arrange catering requirements for meetings and seminars
* Maintain front of house, ensuring that all meeting rooms are presentable at all times
* Manage the meeting room diary
* Production of client documentation

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, you will have an excellent standard of education with a desire to further develop. The successful candidate will have proficient IT skills with a professional telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
