We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Managers to work for a property management company covering the Manchester area.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

Generate own leads and appointments that can be converted into real business opportunities.
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business through making cold calls.
Cold call as appropriate within your geographic area and beyond to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your professional network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
Research and build relationships with property owners, asset managers and key decision makers within local authorities.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
Attend property and rental industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Using knowledge of the Guardianship, housing and rental market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Submit weekly progress reports of leads and ensure data is accurate.
Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

Skills and Experience Required

Proven New Business Development Experience in B2B Sales within the property maintenance, property or any solution services industry
Full Clean UK Drivers Licence
Intermediate Computer Literacy Essential
Organised and with meticulous attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work of own initiative towards set targets or goals.
A skilled influencer with proven debt collection abilities.
Well rounded interpersonal & communication skills, able to prioritise.
