Sales Team Leader - Role Overview:

  • Manage a team of Internal Account Managers who are utilising a database of over 1,000 buying customers
  • Oversee the business development from a list of over 3,000 live prospects
  • Ongoing mentoring, coaching and personal development of each individual team member
  • Implementation of improvements to current operational systems, processes and best practices to support the achievement of business KPIs
  • Monitor, track and report on team performance

  • Demonstrate a record of success in managing a telesales operation in a fast paced B2B environment
