Our client, a growing Training Provider in Wales are looking to recruit an experienced NVQ Assessor with an occupational experience in call centre customer service and team leading to work on-site at a client HQ in Newtown, Powys - delivering assessment of learners within the business.

The Role:

* Delivery of training programmes to assigned learners ensuring the highest possible standards
* Providing a quality learning experience and journey, ensuring quality standards are achieved
* Supporting learners to achieve qualifications to a high-quality standard
* Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets
* Supporting learners to overcome learning barriers and referring them to internal support
* Complete ILP's and map out learning routes for individuals
* Completion of learner attendance records and learners guided contact hours
* Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets
* Develop course material to support the delivery requirements
* Providing a quality learning experience and journey

The Person:

* Engaging and passionate
* Learner focused with the ability to bring the best out of learners
* Ability to speak Welsh would be advantageous
* This role is subject to a DBS check which will be organised by the company
* Occupational competencies and experience of delivery within a Contact Centre environment
* Experience of Work Based Learning and Award Body practices
* CAVA qualifications or equivalent and assessing experience
