We are looking for an entrepreneurial field sales executive for our growing team. The successful sales executive will source new sales opportunities and close new business in order to achieve targets. Working with an established Telesales team the successful candidate will play a key role in increasing business income by negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects and managing sales of the company’s products and services.
Below is a list of duties associated with the role, the list is not exhaustive and the role is not limited to these duties alone.
- From the appointments generated by Telesales, build a pipeline of opportunities.
- “Win the deal” using various customer sales methods such as MANTC develop your sales technique and constantly strive to improve your conversion rate.
Work to a target and continually drive to exceed this.
- Constantly research the competition and build effective strategies to ensure your bid is the strongest of all.
- Attend customer meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments and perfect your ability to sell.
- Report and provide feedback to management of pipeline and performance
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Experience working with CRM systems, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
