Job Setting
A dedicated & experienced Clinical Lead is required to work within a recently renovated nursing home in Warrington. My client offers nursing care to those living with the elderly. You will have excellent leadership qualities, and exemplary clinical skills.

The recent renovation has included the instillation of a new dementia strategy. Eye-catching and tactile installations are key features within the home, sparking conversation and memory of those living with dementia. The garden area is a focal point, particularly in the warmer months, where residents can spend time outdoors, either enjoying the outdoor space or by getting involved in gardening and other activities.

You will be leading the unit whilst directly involved with senior management. You will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care.
