Job Title: Plant Operations Assessor
Location: All areas of UK
Salary: To £30K (increasing £35K after successful probation)

Our client is a leading national training provider based in the East Midlands; they deliver the full suite of Construction QCF qualifications from level 2 through to level 7. This includes the delivery of EWPA qualifications

We are looking for assessors that can evidence the following:
Occupational history and competence within the industry
Experience in assessment of NVQs
Solid assessing experience
Experience in a similar role
A valid DBS or willing to apply for a new one.
Full UK driving licence and use of own car

Duties & Responsibilities:
Train, review and monitor and assess learners on Plant Operations courses.
Maintain all Learner and course related documentation
Act as a personal tutor/mentor to groups of students and maintain their individual files and tracking documents.
May be asked to train on other courses/undertake other activities as required.
Assess all off the job and workplace performance criteria and assist in the candidate's' portfolio building.
Functional skills testing when required.

Skills/Experience:
Vocationally qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Experience of working in the Plant Operations Industry - must have CPCS cards and experience of several plant category areas.
Recognised NVQ Assessor Qualification e.g. A1 or D32,D22,TAQA.
Experience assessing NVQs in Plant Operations
Experience of teaching/training in a workplace environment
