- You will be the first point of contact for the IT department in relation to Siebel and related systems.

- In addition to the above you will support the Systems & Assurance Team in all aspects of their document control and process design work and support delivery of our wider knowledge management responsibilities.

- You will work as a bridge between operational users and our IT department, filtering support requests and providing support to operations where possible, escalating to IT where necessary.

- You will support our project team in designing business processes, which you will then work with IT to test, train and implement.

- You will work with our assurance team to analyse data on operational performance, to assess quality and timeliness of work.

- You will provide cover to our Document Control Officer when necessary, ensuring documents and web pages are kept up to date and accurate.

Experience and Qualifications;

- Experience of presenting complex information to people at all levels.

- Experience of MS Office suite of products and an aptitude for data manipulation using Excel and database analytics software. Previous use of MS Visio would be useful.

- An understanding of the tools and techniques used in continuous improvement activities.

Able to prepare clear and concise documentation.

- Able to develop training materials and deliver training courses to a range of audiences.

- Able to present arguments and cases for change verbally and written in a fluid and persuasive manner.
