Our client, a prestigious 5* Hotel in Buckinghamshire, is looking for a target driven Event Sales Coordinator to join the Event Sales team on a full time basis. This is a varied role, suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment with excellent organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage computerised diary and event software, ensure all events are inputted correctly
- Ensure systems are kept up to date and that you are fully aware of event information
- Handle the administration of all bookings including contracts and invoices
- Attend daily meetings with Operations department to discuss current and future events
- Responsible for all literature and stationary within the department, including conference packs, menus and table plans
- Regular liaison with all internal departments to ensure everyone is fully informed of events at all times
- Hit pre-set target number of sales calls every week
- Attend Trade Shows
- Take potential clients on a tour of facilities
- Ad hoc tasks as required

Successful Candidate:

- Experience in a Sales and Administration position
- Knowledge/experience of Event Sales/Event organisation/Event Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in a client facing position
- Computer literate
- Happy to represent the business at external events
- Target driven - revenue and task based targets
