Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

A great opportunity to join an importer/wholesaler delivering supply solutions to large retail and manufacturing companies across the UK/EU. My Client is seeking a Sales Order Processor who will be responsible for the daily functioning of key accounts and day to day processing, ensuring customer requirements are always met.

This role is to start immediately and is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the successful candidate.

As a Sales Order Processor you will be responsible for:

* Sales order processing and ensuring all customer requirements are met and promised
* Purchase order processing and monitoring supplier despatch performance
* Processing supplier despatches on in-house computer systems utilising Excel.
* Processing outflow from UK/EU stocks utilising Excel.
* Liaising with customers and suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure needs are met in a timely manner.
* Clear and concise communication throughout email and inputting onto Excel
* Any other duties that may be required for example; manipulating Excel, processing orders, assessing analytics, reporting and liaising with suppliers.

Our client is looking for a strong analytical thinker with advanced Excel skills to join their team. You will need to be an accurate and process led individual to be suited to this role. The role also involves the successful candidate to create well composed emails to suppliers and to work in a timely and cost effective manner.


Essential attributes for the role of Sales Order Processor include:

* Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
* Solid planning/analytical/ numeric abilities and systems-literate.
* Confident with data manipulation in Excel - you must be able to utilise VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables as an absolute minimum.
* This role is heavily processed base so the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously.
* Relationship management skills
* Self-starter and a team player.
