Senior Commercial Manager

I am seeking a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a £110mil JCT D&B mixed use commercial, residential and retail scheme (ground floor) in Central London. You will be overseeing a team of accomplished permanent surveyors and report into the Regional Commercial Manager for the London region.

* Commercial Manager heading up a £110mil project
* Overseeing a team of surveyors varying levels (Senior QS / Project QS / Assistant QS)
* Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager for London
* Key contact for the client and PQS
* Resolving contractual and commercial issues
* Overseeing financial KPIs


* Ideally a track record of running projects in excess of £50mil
* Could also include someone who has been a No2 on £100mil plus scheme
* Main contracting background, ideally from a top 20 contractor
* Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
* Stable, progressive CV
* Project experience focused on the London region
