Account Manager - North - Field Based
Basic Salary - £30,000 with a £30,000 OTE + Company Car
We are working with one of the most exciting online car-buying platforms created through a partnership between two market leading brands.
This is the first inroads into the used car market for two of the best known and trusted Automotive brands.
The company has quickly established itself as one of the UK's top online used car portals. They offer tens of thousands of used cars ranging from rare classics to popular nearly-new models and they use dealers throughout the UK to offer the cars for sale.
They are looking for an Account Manager, covering a large area from the North-West and Birmingham. You will take on responsibility for developing new business opportunities and developing existing accounts targeting large independents and franchised dealerships.
You will be responsible for generating and managing prospect pipelines and diaries to ensure new accounts are brought on accordingly. While the role will be new business focused, you will have a digital data base which will include a vast number of dealers across the UK. You’ll present a consultative sales process, closing deals face to face. You will be responsible for selling the full range of services including advertising, breakdown cover and stock management tools.
This is a 100% field based role, however there will also be a requirement to complete some of your admin in the regional depot.
You will have multi-levels of contact within these companies dealing at board level through to General Managers and you will have a full autonomy of your diary management.
On offer is a basic salary of £30,000 with a £30,000 OTE, company car, mobile, tablet, laptop, statutory pension and 32 days’ holiday including bank holidays.
