R3 Resourcing is currently working with an established and reputable company to recruit for a Hospitality Manager for a large and busy restaurant operation in Blackpool.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, well rounded Hospitality Manager who is passionate about customer service and creating a positive culture for customers. As a Hospitality Manager you must have impeccable standards, have the ability and experience to organize, lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve outstanding results that will drive your business onto the next level.

We want to recruit a Hospitality Manager who can demonstrate a number of key qualities:

With strong leadership skills and motivational qualities you will be a Hospitality Manager or an aspiring General Manager who sets the tone for your staff and customers. Striving for the highest standards at all times will be your priority and you will train and develop your colleagues to reach the same levels.

We are keen to speak to existing General Managers, Store Managers, Restaurant Managers, Assistant General Managers or Deputies in retail, hospitality or leisure who have the drive, the ambition and the passion to succeed.

Our client can offer a competitive salary of £30k basic, plus the fantastic benefits package and the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £9,000 per annum upon achievement of balanced score card targets
