PACKAGE: On offer is a basic salary of up to £55,000 plus 25% bonus, company car, laptop, mobile, fuel card, company credit card, pension, private health, life cover, 23 days holiday and bank holidays.
EMPLOYER: Our client is an established and innovative manufacturer of high end flooring products for the commercial sector.
LOCATION: Field based covering London, Middlesex But candidates from Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Essex, Surrey and Kent will be considered.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Specification Manager - The candidate will be tasked with commercially managing and developing a customer base consisting of architects, designers, fit out contractors, flooring contractors and corporate end users. This role is roughly 80% account management and 20% new business and requires someone who is commercially astute and used to prioritising accounts to gain maximum sales and growth on an area. The candidate will be identifying opportunities and decision makers within the architects and design marketplace.
CANDIDATE: We are seeking a highly professional specification sales professional who is used to targeting Architects and Designers. In terms of product background, our client wants someone who has sold commercial interiors such as flooring, carpets, furniture, ceilings, fit out or related products. This candidate must have experience delivering CPD's and be very professional and commerciallly astute enough to be adaptable to the client they are dealing with.
