Our client is an internationally renowned and prestigious luxury fashion company based in North West London. The client are currently recruiting for a Graduate Buying Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. The client works with various well known department stores and catalogs both in the UK and internationally.

Duties include:

* Working along side the buying team
* Assisting with the maintenance of critical path to ensure deadlines are met
* Negotiating with suppliers
* Liaising with international clients and suppliers both in the UK and internationally
* Dealing with all incoming enquiries via phone and email
* Monitoring the production process to determine best delivery method
* Managing and resolving internal and external shipping enquiries
* Creating and issuing invoices
* Liaising with haulage companies ensuring the stock is transported and delivery is on time
* Arranging and completing all associated paperwork and customs documents
* Liaising with warehouses and monitoring stock levels

Skills and attributes:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Highly numerate with excellent IT skills (Excel)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Well presented and well spoken
* Highly organized
