A well-known luxury hospitality company based in central London are seeking a data driven CRM Manager to join their team. Based in the heart of Mayfair, the company are the best of the best within the hospitality and are seeking a professional, numbers driven CRM Manager to take them to the next level.

- Develop and deliver personalised and automated email marketing strategies

- Manage post campaign analysis and optimisation

- Work closely with the Head of Digital to plan an email calendar across multiple websites

- Manage customer Lifecyle campaigns and trigger campaigns

- Manage relationship with the third party ESP.

- Manage key conversion points in the pipeline funnel

- Develop & track qualified leads to optimise sales

- Measure & report daily, weekly & monthly activity

- Build, develop and report on on-line and digital lead generation analytics

- Maintain & develop the CRM Data base to support project lead regeneration, existing customer sales coverage and key contact relationship building

- Develop CRM base by adding property lists, de-duping where required

- Identify & create a focus on the key priority projects

- Identify, segment, score and prioritise key contacts within the CRM

- Collaborate with sales team to consistently drive improvements
