Content Marketing and Social Media Executive with 2- 5 years' experience required to join Frank Recruitment Group; an award winning global recruitment business backed by TPG Growth, investors in Uber, AirBnB and Spotify. We are looking for an experienced writer and content marketing executive with a great understanding of social media and brand marketing. You'll eat, sleep and breathe content marketing for a niche IT recruitment brand that moves at a fast pace, managing multiple projects at any given time.

You'll work with teams across the marketing department towards the end goal of generating leads and business opportunities, attracting new clients and candidates for our sales teams, while promoting your brand's status as a thought leader in your industry.

The Content Marketing Executive Role

Content Marketing:

* Working with marketing management to shape your brand's content strategy and editorial calendar.

* Producing impactful, industry-topical blog posts, whitepapers and evergreen pieces of content that provide value to your industry's audience and promote your brand as thought-leaders.

* Creating and maintaining marketing collateral including salary surveys, brochures, flyers, case studies, testimonials and website copy that addresses pain points, and puts your brand in the best possible light.

* Becoming the eyes and ears of your brand, engaging with your audience to understand who they are, where they hangout online, and what they want to read about, as well as staying on top of industry trends and developments, so you can plan your content strategy around what's hot in the industry.

* Ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for search and user experience.

* Marketing content via external and internal channels, collaborating with internal communications and consultants, email marketing, events marketing to maximize reach and exposure of content.

* Working with the SEO team to make your content go further with optimised keywords and identifying link building opportunities.

*Stay on top of content marketing and social media updates, developments and trends to identify new opportunities or need for adjustments to your strategies.

* Brand guardian: ensure the sales team follows company protocol and brand guidelines when sharing their own content on social networks, meetings, and presentations. Also update and create internal communications content via company intranet with new marketing initiatives and communications and brand guidelines.

Social Engagement:

* Managing your brand's social profiles, engaging with your audience through topical conversations, and promoting our presence during live events using geographic and time-zone targeting.

* Promote key company messages and opportunities via social media to build brand awareness.

* Identify and engage with key industry influencers for your brand via social media, creating relationships, collaborating with them on your content, promoting our work and developing link building opportunities and referrals.

* Building and maximising social audience and engagement.

* Monitoring social platforms for questions and customer service messages, and responding in a timely manner.

* Ensuring social profiles created by the sales/internal recruitment teams are in line with our brand guidelines.

* Monitoring employees' social media activity on behalf of our brands and educate on best practices.

* Looking for relevant leads on social media and engaging them in order to drive conversions.

Reporting:

* Using Google Analytics to provide monthly analysis, review and reporting on effectiveness of content writing and social campaigns against metrics.

* Tracking performance for each piece of content and social network campaigns to ensure growth and continued engagement, and evaluating what works best.

Who we're looking for:
A self-starter, who is genuinely excited by writing content, social media, marketing, and the niche IT recruitment sector; a team collaborator with a positive and global mindset, able to collaborate with a global team.

Essential skills and experience:

* Bachelor's Degree an asset; and/or certification in marketing, communications and/or social media.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in b2b and/or b2c marketing, particularly in content marketing/blogging.
* Excellent writing skills and ability to produce engaging copy such as blog posts, website copy, marketing materials, email copy, social media posts and more.
* Strong understanding of social networking and social media marketing and social media behaviours in B2B and B2C communities.
* Proficient in tools such as e.g. HootSuite, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics a plus
* Proven experience in growing and engaging with large social media followers.
* Confident in marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
* Knowledge of SEO and SEO copy optimization for content marketing
* Results-oriented attitude and an adept problem solver.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate with other teams.
* Desire to learn new skills, systems, and applications.
* Interest in IT and technology.
* Genuine interest to work hard and be a part of a fast-paced, growing international recruitment business.

Desirable Skills:
* Experienced with SurveyMonkey, SharePoint and email marketing software a plus.
* Willing to travel to events or other offices when required for marketing and event support.
