Restaurant & Bar Team Leader - Birmingham City Centre - Great Customer Service Skills

I am looking for a talented Restaurant team leader to join a busy four star property in Birmingham.

What we are looking for…

* Some who has experience of managing the daily operation of a 50 -60 seat restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* You will be responsible for maintaining food and service quality and consistency in line with company standards
* Proven experience of managing your team to train, motivate and develop their career as well as your own.
* Full accountability for compliance with Health and safety and Risk assessments including training.

Required skills for position

* You must have experience as either an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor within a 3 or 4 star hotel
* Have a hands on, flexible attitude with a "can do " approach
* You will have a strong presence in the restaurant acting as host especially during busy periods of service.
* Be able to commute easily into Birmingham city centre AND be able to stay into the early hours of the morning on occasions for special events and Functions
