BOOK KEEPER, PART OR FULL TIME, N.W. LONDON
Our client, a small firm of Chartered Accountants based in north West London is seeking a part time book keeper, ideally 3-4 days a week. If the candidate prefers there is the opportunity for full time employment.
Servicing a portfolio of small and medium sized clients Principal Duties will include:
All aspects of accounting- accounts payable and receivable, bank and bank reconciliations and nominal ledger
Monthly payroll including HMRC submissions
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
Candidates should have the following skills and experience:
A conscientious individual with strong analytical skills
Good communication skills as the role will involve dealing directly with clients
Ability to work as part of a team
A flexible approach to work and ability to use own initiative
Computer literate: detailed knowledge of Sage 50 accounts, Sage payroll Microsoft Office including Word and Excel is essential
Previous experience within an accountancy practice is essential. Candidates may be Qualified By Experience, ACCA qualified or part qualified.
