Client Onboarding Specialist
Based in Central Bristol the successful candidate will be able to adhere to strict project scope and deadlines to deliver exceptional client service, knowing when to delegate tasks to Onboarding Associates and keeping the wider team abreast of project progress.
It’s expected you will be able to demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and time management skills; able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with Advanced College Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (MBA, CPA preferred). The role will entail a broad array or duties encompassing,
- Client Management - Building and fostering strong relationships with clients throughout the onboarding phase of engagement.
- Project Management - Planning, directing and coordinating activities in order to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined scope and on time.
- Strong Communication - Facilitating interdepartmental team and client meetings effectively
- Operations - Identifying areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
In addition to the above you will be a capable user of MS Excel you will have 3-5 yrs relevant experience in a finance or accounting role (international exposure a plus) a solid team worker with strong interpersonal skills.
