Hays Facilities Management are recruiting for a Regional Commercial Manager to join one of the UK's leading maintenance providers. An exciting position, you will be the Commercial lead for all their London and Southern region accounts with responsibility for setting up and shaping the commercial processes within the business. Reporting into the Regional Operations Director, my client require an experienced individual with strong interpersonal and client facing skills. You will also review all contractual terms and conditions against established business parameters for new business opportunities and existing contract re-tenders.

Forecasting/Financial Reporting - Support the Regional Operations Director in the formulation of contract budgets, budget forecasts, performance trends etc.

Monthly P&L Reporting - be fully involved in the production of month end accounts to ensure compliance with policy, terms of contract, matching of costs to value and understanding and, where applicable challenging any being satisfied that any accounting judgements are valid and correctly applied.

Auditing - Ensure that sales reporting of the contract, additional sales and amendments are in line with the management accounts, i.e. invoices to the S.V.R./purchase ledger to the purchase returns/capital asset register/holiday pay reserves/external audit trails are in place.

Contracts - Ensure correct application of Contracts and act as focal point for any Contract queries/ issues/ disputes. Price and negotiate contractual change and variations. Ensure that any amendments to the contract are completed correctly and in line with contract agreements. Ensure audit trails, targets and forecasts are updated accordingly.

Customer Reporting - Management of the monthly/annual customer contract schedule, i.e. financial information, statistical information, trend analysis, forecasting.
