Are you a Maintenance, manufacturing or C.I. engineer looking for a Continuous Improvements engineer role with training, development and long-term stability?

On offer is an opportunity to join an expanding company who offer ongoing training and progression.

Due to a period of increased investment, this well-established FMCG business are experiencing rapid growth and therefore looking for expand their engineering team to help them meet their business requirements.

In this role you will be tasked with implementing continuous improvement projects across the site with the aim of reducing reactive maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing facility and have implemented continuous improvement projects.

The role:
·Implementation of continuous improvement projects
·Reduction in reactive maintenance and machine downtime
·Providing assistance to major preventive routines

The person:
·Manufacturing experience
·Continuous improvements knowledge
·Previous experience implementing C.I. projects
