You will have the following responsibilities:

Month End Tasks:

* Preparing month end journals for open invoices & missed PO accruals
* Chasing approval of invoices and POs
* Reviewing aged POs and taking action where applicable
* Helping support the finance team for any additional requests during the month end close


  • Commissions Process: work with beauty consultants in order to calculate commissions payable each month based on sales achieved.
  • Point of call for all commission queries.
  • Innovation tracker: Create a report to show the consultants selling performance of a particular product by region and area.
  • Supporting commercial controller with adhoc report requests

Other Tasks:

  • Adhoc Analysis and project work: When required, with ability to turn around work accurately and working to tight deadlines.
  • Preparation of beauty consultant recharges
  • First point of contact for any Accounts Payable query that can't be answered by the shared service centre.
  • Processing customer refunds

Key Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Finance team, Sales, HR, Field and Management team
  • Geneva office

To be successfully shortlisted for this role you must have the following:

  • A recent graduate within a relevant field with a 2:1 or above - i.e - Accounting, Finance, Economics, Maths
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel - Vlook ups and Pivot tables as a minimum
  • Strong Analytical Experience
  • Retail Industry awareness and experience
