Sales Team Manager - About You:

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be able to demonstrate a record of success in managing a telesales operation in a fast paced B2B environment, as well as the achievement of clearly defined key performance indicators. A clear understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to implement processes to maximise the return on customers and new business prospects is essential. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in recruiting and developing new talent.

As part of the Senior Management team, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the overall development of the business and be an integral part of the company’s ongoing success.

Sales Team Manager - About The Role:

  • Management of a team of highly successful sales professionals
  • Be responsible for providing accurate and attainable sales forecasts
  • Responsible for the monitoring and management of the performance and development of the Sales Team
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews
  • Recruit and hire Sales employees based on criteria agreed upon by board
  • Implementation of improvements to current operational systems, processes and best practices to support the achievement of business KPIs
