We require a Technical Sales Executive/Engineer to join our team in order to drive sales of products and services to a varied industrial sector of customers. The focus would be to maintain the current database of customers as well as to develope new business, primarily but not exclusively in the South of the UK. The role requires a dynamic sales person with a proven track record in industrial sales or high value technical capital equipment sales.

The role requires a target orientated sales person, who is confident to carry out a range of sales activities, which would include :

Developing new customers who will benefit from our company's products or services and maximise customers potential in designated regions.

Develop long-term relationships with customers through interpreting and managing their requirements.

Manage existing customer's requirements, products and services.

Generating leads, qualifying them and develop through to order.

Understanding the customer's needs and establish the company's products or services that best meet the customer's requirements.

Responsible for representing the company's products and services at exhibitions, conferences or other marketing events.

Responsible for representing the company's products and service customers premises, by providing technical support.

Manage sales meetings and proposals, as part of the sales process.

Providing pre-sales technical assistance and production education.

Producing quotations and administering customer accounts.

Providing after sales support and technical backup as required.

Attain and exceed regular sales targets.

Liaising with the sales team.

Liaising with sales representative and design and engineering team to ensure customer expectations are met.
