ORACLE Business Process Analyst £25-34kOur international Pharmaceutical Client is looking for an ORACLE Business Process Analyst to join them at their Farnham, Surrey, site. You will be owner of business process improvement working closely with key stakeholders including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, quality, finance, warehouse and external suppliers.The focus of this role will be to get the maximum out of oracle system by challenging and ensuring our processes are aligned with the functionality within our Oracle system. You will also be responsible for ensuring our system is working and configured at an optimal level.Experience of working within a pharmaceutical or med devices environment or similar heavily regulated industry and being able to demonstrate an understanding of regulatory and quality systems and how these can with work with an Oracle ERP suite would be a strong advantage for this role.Principal Responsibilities
* Lead the cross functional Oracle SME (Subject Matter Expert) group* Leading development of Supply Chain processes (e.g. Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing)* Driving best practice for all processes impacting Oracle* Complete actions within the QMS system documenting oracles changes to appropriate standards* To comply with required training status, cGMP standards and 6S principles as operated by the department.* Identify, prioritise and action Oracle continuous improvement projects including but not limited to execution and documentation of testing* Participate in system upgrade testing, validation and implementation projects* Maintain Oracle training, work instructions and process documents to required standards* Work with internal and external resources to fix identified system issues and communicate to key stakeholders

* Accountable to – Materials Manager / Supply Chain Manager* Internal – Work closely with quality, supply chain, warehouse, finance, procurement, external suppliers and all levels of personnel across all other departments from peers to Managers and senior persons on site and in other company locations.* External – Build strong working relationships with external contacts e.g. suppliers, 3rd party software providers and contractors.
Education / Experience
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment* Experience of working within a pharmaceutical or med devices environment or similar heavily regulated industry* Ability to show / demonstrate operational enhancements and process improvement* Ability to show examples of adopting and advocating continuous improvement* Excellent understanding of Oracle systems release 12 (desirable)* Experience of training and educating users
Skills and Attributes
* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Technical ERP experience – ability to advocate and guide on best practice* The aptitude/ability to work in an organised manner, under pressure and methodically* The aptitude/ability to work pro-actively whilst multi-tasking and within a team environment
