Job Title: Sales Administrator / Co-ordinator

Salary: £17,000 Basic (Per Annum)
Hours of work: 37.5 Hours Per Week + Saturday Rota
Type of Work: Permanent

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Diary Co-ordinator. The purpose of the position is take responsibility for the management of four Sales Consultants’ diaries.

Key Responsibilities: -
• Contacting customers to qualify warm leads and book appointments for the Sales Consultants
• Planning routes and managing the travelling times for the Sales Consultants
• Obtaining information from customers and accurately documenting facts for the Sales Consultants
• Closely liaising with the Sales Consultants

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, confident and professional individual. Ideally you will have previous experience working in an outbound call centre and have experience managing the diaries of a sales team.
You will be able to effectively handle and overcome objections.
You will have excellent communication skills both written, over the phone and have the ability to build a genuine rapport with customers.

• Previous experience working in B2B sales
• Excellent attention to detail
• Accurate data input
