We are looking for an experienced front line technical support candidate to join out international company based here in Chippenham.

* Maintaining relationships with logistic firms on the telephone, in writing and email.
* Prioritising Customer tickets to meet SLAs, responding to functionality issues with tablets and PDAs.
* Creating cases with customers name, asset details and a full description of the issue
* Updating Customer with details of how the problem was resolved.
* Tailoring solutions with remote access, updating software, collecting database logs, program files, hard resetting devices to default settings and supporting applications.
* Escalating to 3rd parties for support.
* Requesting exchanges via internal process.
* Communicating with managers and team members sharing knowledge and informing of any known issues
