An experienced Construction Site Manager is required to work on a Temporary Full Time assignment for large public sector organisation based in Sunderland. Working week is Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and is due to start on 3rd July, ongoing initially until 5th January 2018. Wage is between £14.00 - £15.50 plus holiday pay and this job role includes:

- Keeping your team focused and to schedule
- Making sure materials have arrived on time and used efficiently
- Reading and understanding of architectural drawings
- Ordering of building materials with assigned suppliers
- Meeting construction deadlines
- A strong understanding of the HSE regulations
- Briefing your team on daily basis
- Scheduling of specialist tradesman to come on site
- You will be focused on controlling a team of experts and as a site manager; controlling all aspects of the build.
- Carrying out daily quality checks of contractors work and ensuring the highest possible standards are met.

The successful candidate must:

- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Hold a valid CSCS Card
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have a can-do attitude
- Be motivated and motivate your team
- Have excellent punctuality
