2nd Line Support - Second Line Support - Analyst

Our client, a successful and well established software house are looking to add the services of a 2nd Line Support Analyst to their expanding support team.

Key Requirements:

  • To understand, investigate, replicate, and where possible close software-based incidents within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain and improve product knowledge to enable effective support of solutions delivered to Customers.
  • To build and maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service to customers.
  • Ability to deal with things independently, but also to know when to bring to management’s attention.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understands and is able to interpret code developed by others to identify faults and where fixes may be required.
  • Has a high level of technical knowledge to enable full Support of solutions delivered to Customers.
