Internal Sales Executive (multiple positions available)

As part of a lively office-based team, Sales Executives play a key role in developing new business and in delivering an industry leading customer service experience to both new and existing customers. Operating in a fast-paced environment, Sales Executives work closely with the external sales team to develop strong relationships with customers. Central to the role is a requirement to submit fast quotes and to proactively convert orders over the telephone and by email.
Successful candidates will have a keen passion for trade. They will have good commercial acumen and negotiation skills. They will also be able to demonstrate acute attention to detail. Good communication skills (written and spoken English), telephone manners and a high level of numeracy are essential. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure as the role requires dealing with numerous customer enquiries, sometimes simultaneously.
Previous sales experience and the ability to work well at a consistently fast-pace is required.
