As a Partnership Support Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that you are acting as a change agent to ensure the adoption of savings. Working as part of the customer's procurement team to obtain trust data, analyse data, present savings potential. Support stakeholders in obtaining products for evaluation, taking part in customer meetings as appropriate. Accountable for 2 Trusts at any one time, accounts will change depending upon the customer segmentation model.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include:
Work as part of the customer's team to obtain data, analyse data, present savings data.
Take part in meetings on the customer site with required stakeholders (up to HOP level)
Agrees how stages of the agreed work plan will be achieved with customers, agreeing actions and owners
Act as the "on site Account Manager" owning the day to day relationship with stakeholders
Update the local savings plan and ensure robust reporting of all activity
Embed savings identified through category action plans with customers
Identifies new savings opportunities and develops plans with the customer to deliver
Identify blockers to savings adoption and works within the customer site and NHS SC to overcome these
Shares best practise within NHS SC of savings adopted with Trusts
Accurate CRM management of savings pipeline
Identifies opportunities for profitable growth
Accurate CRM management of savings opportunities
Savings delivery to trust agreed plan (10% minimum)
Sign off of savings delivered with customers
Key skills and experience in this role will include:
Experience of working field based with customers
Ability to interpret and analyse data
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent MS Excel Skills
Understanding of project management principles and ability to operationally deliver
Ability to influence change in the customer's organisation
Regional in defined accounts
Some national travel to NHS SC locations
