Field Service Team Leader (Coffee) - South West

I am currently recruiting for a Field Service Team Leader to work for a leading manufacturer of coffee machines to manage a team of engineers in the South West. The candidate needs to be located in or between the Bristol/Reading area

This role would be ideal for an engineer with management experience from any related electro-mechanical engineering industry

The Role:

  • Managing a team of engineers
  • Undertake own service calls to ensure that any issues are resolved and to stay in contact with customers
  • Deliver on-site training, development and manage day to day issues
  • Ensure all jobs from scheduling are completed
  • Undertaking reviews and appraisals of engineers

The Candidate:

  • MUST have experience of managing field service engineers
  • MUST have excellent technical skills
  • Will be willing to cross-train into the coffee industry
  • Will have outstanding organisational ability
  • Will have experience of training and developing field service engineers

Working Hours:

  • Working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
  • Working on call 1 in 7 weekends - paid at an overtime rate
  • Covering South-East England


  • £30,000 basic salary + overtime + bonus + company van, excellent pension scheme and healthcare
