Our prestigious client is looking for a Procurement Compliance Administrator you should have good communication skills to deal with both internal customers and external suppliers · Ability to develop a good understanding of the companies procurement procedure. Ability to manage own time, organise and prioritise tasks to ensure all relevant deadlines are met · Good attention to detail and accurate data entry Key accountabilities.

You will be required to - Contact suppliers to gather necessary legislative information relating to components and products, in the form of Questionnaires and technical requests. · Capture and input key supplier data into ERP system · Input data into ERP system · Manage queries from suppliers to satisfactory conclusion.

You should have Procurement or Compliance experience in aerospace or defence industry is desirable but not essential · Competent and accurate data entry · Excellent telephone manner · Self-Motivated · Team player and also have the initiative to work independently · Excellent interpersonal skills · Ability to negotiate at routine levels with suppliers · Good IT skills ( Excel, Word, SAP) · Excellent organisational skills · Ability to develop positive relationships with others.

Mon - Fri 37 hrs per week

This is an initial 6 month contract with a possibility of an extension.
